How old do you have to be to apply?

At least 18 years old.


Can you hold a home before I apply?

We can only hold a home once your application has been approved and you have paid your rent reservation fee.


When do I pay my security deposit?

You will pay your security deposit in cashier’s check or money order when you move in.


Is the deposit refundable?

The security deposit is refundable after deducting the move-out fee.


Do I need a cosigner?

Sometimes property owners  allow a cosigner to offset poor credit or any other foreseeable liabilities in the application deposit.  This is not always the case and is determined through a separate process.  A co-signer has to be a resident of the state of Georgia and has an income of at least 6 times the rental amount.


You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

You can apply online through a convenient process. You are  also welcome to contact our office and we can send you a written application.


How do I pay rent?

You can pay your rent online, bring it directly to our office or mail it.


I want to get a pet. What do I do?

You will first need to contact the office to find out if the owner accepts a pet inside the property.  If they allow pets then you will pay a pet fee.


I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

The roommate will continue to be responsible for the lease for the leasing period given in the contract.


My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

You will need to give notice in writing to the office.  Please make sure that it was received.
